Constructed from sturdy aluminum, the rolling sheet pan rack is extremely durable to withstand use in your commercial restaurant, bakery or catering operation, and has a capacity of up to 400 Lbs. It comes knocked down with complete assembly instructions. The sheet pan rack accommodates 10 standard full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, or 20 half-size 18" x 13" pans with 3" spacing between bottom-load slides.
